Sara Woodbury

Sara Woodbury has been the Curator of Collections and Exhibitions at the Roswell Museum and Art Center since July 2013. Her current work concentrates on American art of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. She earned her Master of Arts degree in art history from Williams College, and completed her undergraduate work at Lake Forest College in Illinois. Since completing graduate school, she has held curatorial positions at several museums across the country, including the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the Dallas Museum of Art, and Shelburne Museum in Vermont. Since entering the museum field she has curated or co-curated more than fifteen shows.
