Wendy Sandidge is the Managing Director of Entrepreneurial Services for New Mexico Community Capital’s Native Entrepreneur in Residence Program. She has over 15 years of experience in a professional business environment. Wendy uses her operational experience and project management expertise to assist tribes and tribal businesses in the implementation of their business plans. She has worked extensively with several New Mexico pueblos to build and renew their agricultural programs and turn these culturally aligned activities into economic development tools for tribes and their members. She has also assisted in the implementation of renewable energy programs including solar, wind and geothermal power. Prior to her work with NMCC, Wendy worked as an administrator of personal trusts and as a legal assistant. Throughout her career she has met and exceeded expectations through an uncompromising focus on customer needs and relationship building. As a native New Mexican, Wendy enjoys being involved in the community.
